Built-in the early 1960s by "Wild Bill Byrd" the original name was "Wild Bill's". At that time there were only a few western-style saloons in North Scottsdale, since then, all the others have come and gone. In the '60s anything north of Lincoln Blvd. was tumbleweeds, rattlesnakes, and cowboys.

I've spent many of my birthdays at Handlebars over the years & this one was just as great! My whole family had dinner (10 of us) & the food was perfect. Fish & chips were fantastic as were the ribs! Our server was also top notch & always made sure there were drinks in our hands...
